How do I create or join a household?
After signing in, create a new household or join an existing one using the
invite code shared by another member. Everyone in a household sees the same
shared chore list.
How do I set up chore reminders?
Open a chore and configure its schedule and notification settings. Make sure
notifications are enabled for Chortle in your device's Settings so reminders
can be delivered.
I'm not receiving notifications.
Check that notifications are allowed for Chortle in your device's system
Settings, and that the individual chore has reminders turned on. Re-opening
the app refreshes your notification registration.
How do I change my display name?
Go to Settings and tap to edit your name.
How do I leave a household?
Open Settings and choose to leave the household. This removes you from the
shared chore list. You can rejoin later with an invite code.
How do I delete my account?
You can permanently delete your account and personal data at any time.
